As part of the Long Night of Pictures Lichtenberg, the factory – known for producing tailor’s mannequins for decades – transforms into a space for contemporary art. Among molds, torsos, and dress forms, installations and objects emerge that reinterpret the concept of the doll – somewhere between fashion, body, sculpture, and surreal play. /////////

Visitors can expect a unique atmosphere: open studios on the HB55 grounds, diverse art tours through Lichtenberg, and a vibrant cultural program. /////// The exhibition Dolls Life showcases new works by three Berlin-based artists: Larisa Lauber, Friederike Ablang, and Larissa Honsek. In the setting of the Bust Factory, known for its production of tailor’s mannequins, the artists explore playful and sculptural approaches to form, body, and object.
